Darif Tablet is used in the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms. It contains Darifenacin, which relaxes the urinary bladder muscles which in turn decreases the activity of the overactive bladder. It stops these sudden contractions of urinary bladder muscles thereby enabling control over urination.

Hyoscine butylbromide is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Isoxsuprine is a beta-adrenergic agonist. It works by preventing the contractions of the smooth muscles in the uterus. Thus, it relaxes the uterus to prevent premature labor. It also helps in widening blood vessels to increase blood flow, thereby improving blood circulation to certain parts of the body (such as the hands/feet, brain). Therefore, it also treats peripheral vascular disease.

Trimetazidine is a medicine used to prevent angina attacks, which are sudden pains to the chest, jaw and back brought on by physical effort, due to reduced blood flow to the heart. Angina is commonly associated with a narrowing of the blood vessels that supply the heart, called the coronary arteries.
